Complete tasks as outlined in the job flow for daily position assigned. Retrieve, prep and prepare items according to the daily production sheets and recipes. Follow all HACCP guidelines for food and physical safety.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Knowledge of food production, service and sanitation required. Prior cooking experience in a healthcare facility required. Culinary Degree or Certification. Serv Safe Certified. Varying shifts with weekends.
