RWJBH is seeking a Financial Analyst for our New Brunswick campus. This is a full-time, day position (40hours/week).


  • Assists in the review of monthly financials and report preparation.
  • Review monthly expense and budget variance with appropriate management.
  • Analyze root causes of variances with directors.
  • Work with accounts payable and accounting to ensure accuracy of transactions.
  • Prepare monthly statistics report used in financial statements.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly departmental statistics reports.
  • Ensure accuracy of statistics reported on internal and external reports.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly financial presentations.
  • Assists in the preparation of annual operating and capital budgets.
  • Provides both routine analysis and ad-hoc reporting, as needed.
  • Provides analysis of accounting data, using support systems, per ad-hoc reporting needs and requests.
  • Constructs clear and concise, bullet-pointed summaries to accompany data extracts and analyses, presented to management as needed.


  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting required.
  • Minimum 2 years experience of financial analysis and reporting.
  • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
