Job Summary:

The Financial Analyst will assist the Office of Integration Management with maintaining and reporting on the integration budget, also identifying any variances to ensure budgets are on track. They will be responsible for creating and maintaining budgets by project including tracking the anticipated savings from the integration with other facilities. Demonstrate knowledge of complex environments and scenarios and the impact between them as it relates to managing the accounting of the actuals to budget. Maintain a level of understanding of RWJBH Enterprise goals and how they both are supported and impacted by the various portfolio of projects and budgets. Maintain a level of leadership and mentorship o garner respect and confidence from other team members and stakeholders and encourage teamwork. Work independently, with limited supervision and with quantifiable and qualitative results.

Essential Functions:

  • Analyze Integration budgets/actuals and reports to ensure appropriate expense classification and recorded adjustments and accruals when necessary
  • Manage all expenses for the IMO to determine if capital or operating expense
  • Process purchase requisitions as necessary
  • Track and trend expenses to budget reporting on variances
  • Develop and timely maintain schedules of IMO operating expenses, capital, and FTE s, along with multiyear project budget
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with GAAP
  • Reconcile vendor statements / invoices to ensure appropriate coding of expenses

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of financial analysis experience.
  • Bachelor s Degree preferred or equivalent financial analysis experience
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Proven accountability for and successful delivery of complex, medium to large-scale projects
