The Project Management Office (PMO) Project Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting the Project Manager(s) and Program Manager in the coordination, implementation, management and completion of projects, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments, and goals of the organization. The Project Coordinator is responsible for helping manage workplan reviews, issue tracking, deliverable and project status updates, timeline management, and risk management tracking. The Project Coordinator will assist with the creation and maintenance of well-written, organized project documentation. Maintain effective communication with project team, stakeholders, supervisor, and Executive Management to ensure all levels are appropriately informed of project progress and issues. Work independently under regular supervision with quantifiable and qualitative results. Maintain a level of understanding of RWJBH Enterprise goals and IT goals and how they both are supported and impacted by portfolio of projects.
