DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for performing data input, data collection, data summaries and detailed analyses for various types of outcomes and performance improvement reports. Collect, organize and manage large data sets, analyzing healthcare data to optimize clinical outcomes and communicate findings through the use of data and detailed reports. Able to create custom-formatted data reports to correlate with Quality Management projects.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred with one (1) year of experience in Acute Care. Excellent Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills. Ability to utilize QNET and Nuance for data abstraction. Successful completion of site personnel general orientation. Successful completion of department specific orientation.
