• Performs all duties and responsibilities when the Supervisor is on vacation or unavailable,
• Oversee daily lab operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing staff to maintain the quality and safety of blood products,
• Responsibilities include performing advanced testing, managing inventory, troubleshooting equipment, and collaborating with other medical staff to support patient transfusions,
• This leadership role also includes training new personnel and ensuring accurate record-keeping,

To be considered for this Lead Blood Bank Technologist opportunity, you must:

• Have a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field
• Four plus years of experience in Blood Bank
• ASCP Certification preferred
