Monitoring the availability and appropriate use of equipment and supplies needed to support patient care
Applying regulatory requirements and professional nursing practice guidelines to daily clinical and leadership responsibilities
Evaluating clinical performance and learning needs while providing guidance and feedback that support continued staff development
Addressing performance concerns appropriately while treating team members consistently, fairly, professionally, and respectfully
Stepping into relief Supervisor responsibilities when applicable and fulfilling on-call responsibilities when assigned

You value interdisciplinary collaboration and understand how strong teamwork contributes to safe, coordinated pediatric rehabilitation
You are comfortable serving as a clinical resource when colleagues need guidance or additional support
You can balance the needs of patients, families, and staff while maintaining focus on quality and safety
You are ready to take on additional leadership responsibility, including functioning as a relief Supervisor when needed
