Job Summary
| Performs clinical diagnostic audiologic evaluations including VRA, BOA, play audiometry, ABR, OAE and Central Auditory Processing testing to evaluate hearing status. Generates formal report on audiologic findings including recommendations. interacts with family, other professional staff and outside referral sources in the provision of audiologic services. follows hospital wide policies. |

| Formal Education and Job-Related Experience |
| * | Thorough knowledge of the principles, methods, objectives and techniques employed in the diagnosis and management of hearing disorders. Ability to interface effectively with patients and families, and provide interdisciplinary collaboration. Excellent English communications skills, with and extra language beneficial (e.g. Spanish or other). Computer literate (especially word processing); familiarity with hearing aids beneficial. |

| * | Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) issue by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. AHA BLS Provider Certification required. |
