Job Overview:

OB Technicians in hospitals provide support with patient care services by providing assistance during deliveries, keeping records and examining patients.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Documentation of successful completion of related OR technical education course
  • At least six months of OR work experience

Scheduling Requirements:

  • Shift working, 11pm-7:30am
  • 20 hours a week
  • Part-Time

Essential Functions:

  • Monitoring patient health
  • Pre and post set up of the operating room
  • Ordering supplies
  • Ensure cleanliness and efficiency in labor and delivery wards by keeping rooms prepared
