Qualifications:

Required:

  • ADN
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient computer Skills
  • Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
  • Knowledge of system applications and EMR

Preferred:

  • BSN
  • 3-5 years of RN experience in acute care

Certifications and Licenses Required:

  • Active NJ RN license or compact RN license with NJ endorsement
  • BLS from the American Heart Association
  • Certification as required by law, stature, and or regulation of area or specialization

Scheduling Requirements:

  • Evening Shift, 40 hours a week
  • Monday Friday, every other weekend, and holiday rotation - if applicable
  • Full Time

Essential Functions:

As part of the Quality and Patient Safety team, the Logistics RN is primarily responsible for supporting the Chief Quality Officer during planning and implementation of key performance improvement and safety together initiatives. The Logistics RN goal will be to support transformational and sustainable outcome improvements using project/program management, quality and performance improvement tools, and High Reliability (HRO) principles. The Logistics RN is primarily responsible for supporting quality and patient safety initiatives and communications efforts across the organization. The Logistics RN is also responsible for implementing the strategy and tools to support organizational change for frontline employees.

Other Duties:

Must be able to scrub and circulate in the following services: vascular, endovascular, neurovascular, neuro/spine, robotics, thoracic, trauma, and general.

$99,840 to $124,800 Max Salary
