Responsible for checking, ordering, obtaining, restocking, and maintaining par level of supplies in the Endoscopy Suite and other designated locations,

High School diploma or equivalent required,

Experience: 2 or more years of experience with computerized inventory control systems and knowledge of medical/supplies are required,

Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association required,

Experience with Materials Management Information Systems and knowledge of medical/surgical supplies required,

Strong quantitative, oral/written communication skills are required,

Work Environment and Hazards Exposure to Endoscopy Suite sights and sounds,

Special Physical Demands Knowledge related to proper lifting and heavy handling techniques,

Ability to follow oral and written instructions,

Ability to handle up to 50lbs,

Section 1: Job-Specific Requirements of Position Job Specific Requirements Assists with monitoring all consignment inventories,

Works collaboratively with the representatives ensuring the consignment inventories are accurate and do not exceed their established par levels,

Contributes and responds appropriately to emergency and add-on procedures requests,

Maintains the instrument and/or supply needs list updated,

Contributes to making material/inventory recommendations in areas of expertise and quality improvement,

Maintains organization and cleanliness of designated locations for storage of supplies,

Discards and breaks down empty boxes for compacting,

Maintains organization and cleanliness of the supply storage area to include proper storage and rotation of supplies,

Informs Coordinator of discrepancies within the inventory,

Assist other team members in the completion of daily tasks, to include but not limited to the ordering process, putting away stock, transporting carts to the Endoscopy Suite and from SPD,

Performs other duties as assigned to include but not limited to: waiting on customers, cycle counts, storeroom/receiving duties, delivering supplies, receiving and stocking inventories,

All other duties deemed necessary by Director/Coordinator are completed as assigned,

Documents process in SPM, by scanning supplies and,

Presents self in a neat, courteous and professional manner,

Exercises excellent customer service when interacting with customers,

Conforms to dress code for Endoscopy Suite,

Upon the direction of Case Cart Coordinator requisitions supplies from Central Stores and Distributors as per established par levels based on volume and storage utilization and in other assigned designated locations,

Reviews supply deliveries for promptness and accuracy, reconciles issue reports, unload supplies, restock shelves and cabinets and rotates inventory,
