Materials Handler

Job Overview:

Materials Handlers are responsible for managing supply chain activities in the assigned area under the direction of the supply chain management.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred:

• Supply Chain experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills

Scheduling Requirements:

• Shift working 11:00am - 7:30pm
• Days to work - Vary during the week, rotating weekend 1 weekend day, and rotating holidays.
• Full Time

Essential Functions:

• Performs procurement activities for assigned areas in a cost-effective manner using current inventory management processes and procedures
• Communicates product concerns to supply chain management and seeks input or approval from the Clinical Resource Directors (CRD) for all newly requested items prior to placing an order
• Consistently anticipates customer needs and expectations; responds to supply inquiries in a timely and effective manner
