Job Overview:
Performs MRI procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision. Performs a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgment with ingenuity and initiative to apply radio frequencies for diagnostic imaging.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High school graduate
- Completion of an approved Radiological Technology program that meets the requirements set by the ASRT and the New Jersey Certification Board
- One to two years experience as a staff technologist including at least one year as an MRI Technologist.
Certifications and Licenses Required:
- Must be licensed by the New Jersey State-DEP and registered by the ARRT (RT,R,MR) or registry eligible within 6 months of employment
