The Nurse Practitioner for the Pulmonary Service works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team and is responsible for providing comprehensive and age appropriate direct care and follow up to a population of patients,
The Pulmonary Nurse Practitioner works in conjunction with the Pulmonary Attendings performing patient consults and follow up care,
Clinical core privileges will include the management, treatment, and ordering, performing, and interpreting labs, radiography, and other diagnostics test for acute and chronic pulmonary and sleep disorders of the adult population,
MSN/DNP from an accredited nursing program required
Active New Jersey RN and APN license
The ideal candidate has at least three years of acute care RN work experience
RN work experience in a Pulmonary specialty is preferred
APN work experience strongly preferred
