In this role, the Patient Access Representative is responsible for interviewing the patient in order to obtain demographic and financial information.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and medical insurances.
  • Experience working on computers.
  • Successful completion of the CPAR program to attain certification.
  • Successful completion of site personnel general orientation.
  • Successful completion of department specific orientation
