5 hour shift Nights Days Vary Shift Hours are from 7pm-8am
Experience- Minimum of 5 years experience in supervision and experience in Patient Access services with strong knowledge of insurance,
The ER Registration Specialist will ensure that registration operations and functions are running smoothly and efficiently,
This candidate will be responsible for the planning and scheduling of staff while providing 24/7 on call support along with alternate weekend coverage with Co-ED Specialists,
This candidate will monitor and evaluate staff productivity and performance and supplement the front line staff as needed or directed,
Maintain records for payroll and attendance purposes,
Maintain professional and employee competency through formal and/or informal education programs,
Monitor and evaluate staff productivity and performance and supplements for front line staff as needed and directed,
Must be able to work with the public and maintain poise under difficult situations at all times,
Knowledge of medical technology helpful,
Good typing and computer skills a must,
Fluent in Spanish strongly preferred,
High School Diploma or equivalent
