RESPONSIBILITIES:

The receptionist position is responsible for scheduling Uber Health rides. The individual will work with patients and clinical team to provide ride intakes, book rides on the Uber Health Dashboard and collect and report data on assigned program service.

The receptionist primary responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Scheduling Uber Health rides
  • Capturing and entering demographic data as part of Uber Health Program
  • Participate in program service evaluation activities, which may include patient/participant surveys, and service provider surveys
  • Attend and participate in any trainings to include Uber Health Platform
  • Proactively follow up on any identified opportunities, concerns and/or issues as a means to improve the program service
  • Escalate any issues, concerns, and opportunities to appropriate stakeholders
  • Perform other duties as assigned and needed to ensure operational efficiency

As part of the Centralized Uber Health 24 hours x 7-day Program

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
