Receptionist- PT, Day- Newark, NJ

Job Overview:

The receptionist position is responsible for scheduling Our Healthy Newark and Uber Health rides. The individual will work with patients and clinical team to provide ride intakes, book rides and collect and report data on assigned program service using approved platforms and workflows.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Scheduling Requirements:

• 7A-3P or 8A-4P - No set Part-Time designated schedule. Need to available M-F, as working hours are dependent on department needs.
• Weekend work responsibiltiies approx 1x per month

Essential Job Functions:

The receptionist primary responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Scheduling Our Healthy Newark and Uber Health rides
• Capture and enter demographic data as part of Uber Health Program and other approved KPI metrics
• Participate in program service evaluation activities, which may include patient/participant surveys, and service provider surveys
• Attend and participate in any trainings to include Uber Health Platform and other
• Proactively follow up on any identified opportunities, concerns and/or issues as a means to improve the program service
• Escalate any issues, concerns, and opportunities to appropriate stakeholders
• Perform other duties as assigned and needed to ensure operational efficiency as part of the Centralized Uber Health 24 hours x 7 day Program
