Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the delivery of safe and quality patient care
- Perform, adapt and safely demonstrate procedures required by patients according to policies and procedures
- Administers medications accurately and safely
- Documents according to policies and procedures
- Performs, demonstrates and documents technical skills specific to the nursing unit
Qualifications:
- Active, valid NJ Registered Nurse license
- ASN or Nursing diploma required, BSN preferred. If candidate possesses ASN or Nursing diploma, must agree to complete BSN within five years of hire date
- Behavioral Health experience preferred
- BLS required (through American Heart Association)
- ACLS and PALS required after 3 months of hire
