RESPONSIBILITIES:
The RN Case Manager will be responsible for all aspects of Case Management for Inpatients to determine appropriateness of continued stay, care planning, utilization management and discharge planning.
Requirements:
- Computer-literate, working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel)
- Current license as a registered Nurse in the State of NJ
- BSN required
- 3-5 Years of Nursing experience required
- Utilization review and discharge planning experience preferred
- Case Management certification preferred
- On call and weekend rotations every couple of months
