Sr Primary Therapist (FT Day) , Psy Adult Ph Acute , Jersey City, NJ

Job Overview:

Looking for a dynamic clinician to join a multidisciplinary team in treating adults in a supportive, trauma informed, and outpatient setting. Develops comprehensive history on the patient, including psychosocial development, current functioning, presenting problem, and history of treatment through interviews with the patient, family, and/or significant others.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Masters degree in Social Work
• Must hold a valid driver's license
• Must have clinical experience working with adults

Certifications and Licenses Required:

• Current NJ LSW or LCSW license

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for delivering clinical services such as individual and group psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and some case management.
• Responsible for development, implementation, monitoring, and documentation in a timely fashion of initial interdisciplinary treatment plan and clinical documentation.
• Terminates with assigned patients as per the treatment plan, ensures appropriate termination, follow-up, and timely documentation.

Pay Range:

$ 29.37 minimum to $ 33.54 maximum Hourly Rate
