The Business Analyst Supervisor is responsible for assisting the director and management team with monitoring data and related processes that contribute to the successful operations of BHMG and its respective divisions.
In addition, the Business Analyst Supervisor is responsible for translating business requirements into both high-level and detailed functional specifications.
Candidates must be able to work at a detailed level while maintaining the big picture of the overall division goals.
Other responsibilities include compiling comprehensive reports for clients, designing and supporting internal databases, data mining and analysis, and providing support for direct reports of day-to-day operations.
Provide leadership, motivation, support and control of staff allocated to areas of responsibility, ensuring that appropriate standards of behavior, performance and customer care are demonstrated at all times.
Manage the workflow of the department and communicate organizational and department needs.
