Practices in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act, American Nurses Association Standards of Practice, Code of Ethics for Nurses, Department of Health Regulations, TJC requirements and other regulatory agencies,
Participates in patient teaching and discharge planning,
Participates in Unit Performance Improvement evaluation activities,
Section III Job Qualifications Education Training Certification Licensure
Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing,
Current New Jersey RN licensure required,
BLS certification required, or completion of requirements for BLS certification within 90 days of hire to the unit,
Successful completion of all Orientation Programs,
