The Assistant Director is a registered professional nurse who under the direction of the Nursing Director coordinates available resources to efficiently and effectively provide professional quality nursing care consistent with the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Standards of Care to the patients assigned to his/her unit,
Responsible for scheduling, maintaining productivity, patient satisfaction, payroll, coordination of care and assignments
Licensed to practice Professional Nursing in New Jersey,
Bachelor s degree or equivalent required,
National certification in a clinical area required,
2+ years relative clinical practice,
