Job Overview: 

Assists in the daily operation of the department by performing secretarial, receptionist, financial, ordering and general clerical duties.

Qualifications:
Required:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Organizational and communication skills required
• Strong Computer Skills
• Data Entry Experience

Preferred:

• Three to five years office experience preferred

Scheduling Requirements:

Shift: Day

Status: Full Time

Hours: 37.50

Time: 8a-4p

Essential Functions:

FINANCIAL

• Prepares and processes billing
• Responsible for collecting proper data to insure payment for services through CP&P billing system
• Responsible for identifying, collecting and reconciling CP&P k-100 payments

FILING

• Maintains departmental filing system

REGISTRATION

• Complete and handle all registrations in accordance with the registration policy
• Obtain all required information in order to accurately complete registration

MAIL

• Open incoming mail, screen for priority items and facilitate timely referral of issues to appropriate parties as instructed
• Performs all other duties as assigned
