Job Overview:
The Project Manager will support strategic direction, planning, and operational enhancement tactic development by using integrated high level data analytical skill and project management skillset and cross functional collaboration to support regional and enterprise-wide initiatives under the leadership of SVP Southern Region.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelors Degree
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare field required
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs
Experience with healthcare data informatics programs such as Epic, Sg2, Sullivan Cotter, MD Staff
Strong skills in data analytics, communication, project management and problem solving
Ability to elicit cooperation from management team and other departments in project coordination
Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
Preferred:
- Master s Degree, or Masters Degree in progress
- PMP certification, or PMP in progress
Essential Functions:
The key initiatives for this role will include, but are not limited to the below:
- Southern Region Growth Initiatives
- RWJBH Community Specific Medical Programs
- RWJBH Epic SER Provider Database Accuracy
- RWJBH Referral Management Optimization Support
- Provide direct support for growth strategies based on service line and market growth assessments to support leadership requests
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to coordinate and execute Southern Region growth initiative related functions to achieve growth goals at institutional, regional and system wide levels
- Collaborate and facilitate communication with planning teams, business development teams, referral management optimization, regional leadership, and other key stakeholders to perform targeted data analysis
- Participate in quarterly C-suite and service line meetings to provide and present analysis to review referral management optimization performance and adjust goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with system leadership and community organizers to provide and expand culturally responsive improved patient care to targeted communities
- Support system vision to enhance and expand the community specific medical program to support the transitional plan of integrating all levels of navigation and care coordination processes system wide for all populations
- Develop and execute system wide comprehensive provider data governance QA strategy through collaboration with credentialing, business development, and IT teams
