Job Overview:

RWJBarnabas Health, New Jersey’s largest integrated healthcare delivery system, is seeking a PM- Data & Analytics to support strategic data and reporting initiatives across its Real Estate, Facilities and Planning & Design divisions. This role is responsible for the development, coordination, and execution of data analytics that inform capital planning, construction performance, facility operations, clinical engineering, and real estate strategy across the system. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and forward-thinking professional who can synthesize complex data into actionable insights that drive decision-making, operational efficiency, and long-term value for the organization.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate, Business Intelligence or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience with capital project planning, project controls, PMIS systems preferably within healthcare or complex infrastructure environments
  • Strong proficiency in analytics and data visualization tools
  • Familiarity with capital project and real estate lifecycles including budgeting, scheduling, financial modeling, and forecasting
  • Experience with energy performance tracking, utility data analysis, and sustainability metrics
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Knowledge of project scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, Workfront) and real estate or construction financial systems

Essential Functions:

  • Utilize analytical tools and software to interpret project data, provide insights, and support decision-making
  • Track project timelines, develop detailed schedules
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support real estate development, capital project planning, construction delivery, and facility performance
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs related to construction budgets, timelines, resource allocation, cash flow, and scheduling across PDC initiatives
  • Collaborate with project managers, finance, and leadership to forecast and track capital expenditures and cash flow across the real estate and construction portfolios
  • Support the creation and refinement of multi-year capital and real estate development plans through data modeling, scenario planning, and prioritization tools
  • Assist with the management and analysis of construction schedules to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities
  • Standardize data management practices across Real Estate, PDC, and FM to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility
  • Partner with Facilities Management to track and report on energy consumption, utility costs, and sustainability performance across the health system
  • Maintain the Facilities Energy Reporting Framework and support internal and external benchmarking efforts
  • Provide regular reporting and insight to support strategic real estate decisions, including acquisitions, lease management, and portfolio optimization
  • Participate in monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, developing executive-level summaries and ad hoc analytics
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for cost savings, operational improvements, and alignment with system-wide infrastructure goals
