Candidates with a minimum of 2 years nursing experience in the specialty is highly preferred,

The role of the Professional Registered Nurse is to provide quality nursing care in collaboration with the medical staff and within the guidelines of the New Jersey State NursePractice Act,

It is the responsibility of the Professional Nurse to implement the Hospital's Mission and goals through established policies, procedures and performanceimprovement activities,

Implementation of these goals occurs through organization and administration of individualized age specific professional nursing care to patients within anassigned unit of the hospital,

The understanding of the principles of growth and development will be incorporated to assess each patient's age specific needs and determine agespecific treatment modalities,
