Supporting efficient room preparation and turnover to help facilitate timely surgical starts and case progression
Collaborating with surgeons, nurses, surgical technologists, and other healthcare professionals to troubleshoot clinical, equipment, staffing, and workflow needs
Supporting new team members through onboarding, mentorship, and clinical guidance while contributing to quality improvement and High Reliability practices

Patient advocacy is central to your practice, particularly when caring for patients during the vulnerable perioperative period
You are organized and able to balance patient care, documentation, equipment, supplies, and changing surgical priorities
You enjoy sharing your knowledge, supporting new team members, and contributing to a culture of continuous learning
You value evidence-based practice, infection prevention, High Reliability principles, and continuous quality improvement
