The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.
Coordinator is responsible for Grants Management in the Center for Comprehensive Care (CCC) and Counseling and Testing Site (CTS) including ongoing analysis of departmental expenditures and supply inventory.
As Coordinator, a typical day might include the following:
- Assisting with completion and submission of grant reports, including monthly Ryan White Part A reports
- Monitoring departmental grant compliance for all grants and assisting with audits
- Coordinating in the preparation and submission of grant applications/contracts
- Maintaining confidentiality of grant details, including budgets and salaries
- Collecting and processing data from staff for statistical reporting for all grants
- Tracking and monitors departmental expenses
- Supporting the daily operations by maintaining supplies and ensuring an organized work environment
- Coordinating purchase requisitions, checks, and other payments as needed
- Integrating and monitors the processing of invoices using online systems/databases as required by departmental procedures
- Maintaining department employee records including attendance, time cards, staff time off requests in real-time

To be considered for this position, candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree. Effective communication, organizational, multitasking, and knowledgeable with Microsoft Office and proficient computer skills. With minimum of two (2) year experience in grant preparation and other clerical tasks. Full Time, Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm.
