A typical day for a Clinical Supervisor may include:
- Assisting the Practice Administrator or Regional Manager/Director in overseeing the daily operations of the assigned practice site to ensure efficiency.
- Serving as the primary practice lead for staff, patient, and internal stakeholder matters, troubleshooting issues and escalating them to resolution as appropriate.
- Ensuring front office efficiency by closely monitoring patient flow and providing excellent, patient-centered customer service.
- Ensuring that organizational policies and clinical procedures are implemented promptly, efficiently, and consistently across the site.
- Collaborating with the Practice Administrator and internal stakeholders to ensure the practice meets overall performance and satisfaction expectations.
- Assisting senior management, providers, and internal Medical Group departments to ensure efficient, cost-effective operations through the standardization of best practices.
- Managing and optimizing workflows using knowledge and experience in patient registration, billing, and the management of front-end staffing settings.
- Utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, Microsoft Office, and related software applications to maintain accurate documentation and operational tracking.
- Contributing to a collaborative team environment where professionalism, communication, and patient satisfaction are shared priorities.
- Performing other operational and clinical duties as assigned to support the continuous success of the practice group.

- You possess a High School Diploma or GED, alongside relevant experience, training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- You hold a current New Jersey RN, LPN, or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential in good standing.
- You bring a minimum of three years of experience in a primary care or specialty practice setting (preferred).
- You have a minimum of two years of experience serving in a supervisor or leadership capacity (preferred).
- You are highly proficient with EHR systems, Microsoft Office applications, and general practice software.
