Job Summary

QRS Manager of Accreditation and Regulatory Compliance will provide oversight for all NBIMC departments and the CHoNJ to meet regulatory and accreditation standards. Coordinate the planning, implementation and evaluation of organizational compliance with all regulatory/licensing standards and ongoing readiness for survey. Responsible for all survey activity related to licensing surveys or accreditation surveys by regulatory agencies. Conducts and coordinates mock surveys and tracer activities to ensure continued survey readiness. Facilities Performance Improvement (PI) teams as assigned to improve processes for increased quality, safety and efficiency. Conducts Root Case Analysis (RCA) as assigned.

Qualifications: 

  • Licensed RN in the State of New Jersey or an approved compact license required.
  • A minimum of four (4) years of quality improvement or similar experience is required. 
  • Minimum two (2) years of hospital nursing experience preferred. 
  • Experience with Microsoft, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
  • Excellent analytical skills. 
  • Proven strength in leadership, project management, and execution skills. 

Scheduling Requirements: 

  • Full-Time, 37.5 Hours
